8 Slices thick cut bacon
2 Tablespoons ENZO Organic Fresno Chili Crush Olive Oil
4 Large Eggs
4 Slices aged cheddar
1 Cup arugula, washed and dried
1 Tablespoon ENZO'S TABLE Fresno Chili Jam
Your favorite biscuits, warmed
1. Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.
2. In a medium saute pan, add ENZO Organic Chili Crush Olive Oil over medium heat. Gently crack an egg so not to break the yolk. Once the egg whites have solidified, carefully flip (approximately 1-2 minutes). Fry until egg whites are completely cooked but yolk is still runny.
3. Warm biscuits and spread ENZO'S TABLE Fresno Chili Jam on top half. Layer bottom half with fried egg, bacon, aged cheddar, and arugula.
