Almond Honey Waffles

Rustic homemade waffles from gluten-free almond meal.

Ingredients

3 cups ENZO’S Table Almond Meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup yogurt
1 ripe banana, mashed

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until a batter forms. Pour 1/2 cup of batter onto a greased waffle iron and cook for 2 minutes.
