Almond Honey Waffles
3 Cups ENZO’S TABLE Almond Meal
½ Tsp. Kosher salt
½ Tsp. Baking Soda
1½ Tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 Tsp. Ground nutmeg
4 Large eggs
1½ Tbsp. Honey
½ Cup Plain yogurt
1 Ripe banana, mashed
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk until a batter forms.
Pour ½ cup of batter onto a greased waffle iron and cook for 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Optional: Top with sliced almonds and honey.
