100% Estate-Grown Guarantee
ENZO Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% estate grown and milled. “Estate grown” is an agricultural term referring to products that are cultivated, harvested, and processed on land owned by a single producer. In other words, from start to finish, the Ricchiuti Family Farm is completely vertically integrated. When olives are grown on a single estate, it allows for better control of growing conditions, ensuring the olives are harvested at their peak ripeness. Once harvested, the fresh olives go directly to the ENZO Olive Oil mill, rather than traveling to an offsite facility. This practice ensures the highest quality of olives, which is a key factor in producing the most premium and nutrient rich oil.
