Ingredients
1 Loaf baguette
1 Jar ENZO’S TABLE Basil Pesto
3 Large Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
4 oz. Burrata cheese
Fresh Basil, to garnish
ENZO Organic Basil Crush Olive Oil, to drizzle
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Directions
Step 1
Slice and toast baguette.
Step 2
Spread a generous layer of pesto on a serving dish. Layer tomatoes, burrata and fresh basil.
Step 3
Drizzle with Basil Crush Olive Oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
