Chocolate Chip Almond Cookies

Ingredients
2 Cups All-purpose flour
1 Tsp. Baking soda
1 Tsp. Salt
½ Cup Butter, softened (2 sticks)
½ Cup ENZO Organic Extra Vigrin Olive Oil
¾ Cup granulated sugar
¾ Cup Brown sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
2 Large Eggs
2 Cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Cup ENZO’S TABLE Roasted Chopped Almonds
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. While the oven preheats, grease baking sheets.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat olive oil, softened butter, granulates sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 4
Gradually beat in flour mixture to wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped almonds. Form 1” balls and place on baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes and remove to wire racks to cool completely.
