Clovis Crunch Bark

Ingredients
12 oz. Guittard Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1½ cup ENZO’S TABLE Clovis Crunch Granola
1 tsp. Jacobsen Flaky Sea Salt, optional
Directions
Step 1
Add 1-2” of water to a saucepan over medium-high heat. Using a heat-proof bowl to create a double broiler on top of the saucepan, place chocolate chips and stir continuously until chocolate is smooth and melted.
Step 2
While chocolate is melting, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Once chocolate is melted, spread into an even layer on the parchment lined baking sheet as thick of a layer as desired. Sprinkle Clovis Crunch and flaky sea salt before the chocolate cools and set aside at room temperature for about 2 hours or until hardened.
Step 3
Break bark into about 25 pieces. Store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
