Dirty Martini

Ingredients
Ice
2½ ounces gin
¾ ounce dry vermouth
¼ - ½ ounce olive brine from ENZO' TABLE Olives, to
taste
ENZO'S TABLE Olives, pitted for serving
*Optional substitute for gin - 2½ ounces vodka
Directions
Step 1
Push a straw through the top of each olive to remove the pit then thread onto a skewer for garnish and set aside.
Step 2
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add gin, dry
vermouth and brine. Stir for 30 seconds, then strain into a
chilled coupe or martini
glass. Garnish with olives.
