Fig Balsamic Cocktail

Ingredients
2 Toschi Amarena cherries
2-3 tsp. Toschi Amarena cherry syrup
Ice
1 oz. Punt e Mes
1 oz. Carpano Bianco
1 tsp. ENZO Organic Fig Balsamic Vinegar
Chilled Prosecco, to top
Directions
Step 1
Add Toschi Amarena cherries and cherry syrup to a Collins glass. Gently muddle the cherries to release their juices.
Step 2
Fill the glass with ice and add Punt e Mes, Carpano Bianco, and Fig Balsamic Vinegar. Stir gently to combine.
Step 3
Top with chilled Prosecco and give the cocktail one final gentle stir.
Step 4
Garnish with an additional Amarena cherry and serve immediately.
