Garlic Hummus

Ingredients
1 garlic clove
2 cups freshly cooked or canned garbanzo beans, drained
½ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup tahini paste
1½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ cup ENZO Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Delicate
2 tsp. ENZO Organic Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
Freshly cracked pepper, for garnish
Directions
Step 1
In a food processor, mince garlic and add garbanzo beans and lemon juice. Blend until creamy, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally.
Step 2
Blend in the tahini, salt, and cumin.
Step 3
With the machine running, gradually add extra virgin olive oil through the feed tube and blend until hummus is smooth and creamy, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally.
Step 4
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, crack pepper and drizzle garlic infused extra virgin olive oil.
