Ingredients

3 large Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese Fresh Basil, to garnish
ENZO Organic Basil Crush Olive Oil, to drizzle
ENZO Organic Balsamic Vinegar, to drizzle
Jacobsen Pure Flake Sea Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1
Layer tomatoes, burrata and fresh basil.

Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and black pepper. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
