Ingredients

1 large baguette, sliced in half
1 Tbsp. ENZO Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 Tbsp. ENZO’S TABLE Sweet Pepper Pesto
½ lb. Prosciutto
Fresh tomato, sliced
ENZO Organic Traditional Balsmaic Vinegar
8 oz. mozzarella ball, sliced
Fresh basil
½ Tsp. black pepper
½ Tsp. sea salt

Directions

Step 1
Toast baguette extra virgin olive oil and spread pesto on one side of on of bread.

Step 2
Add sliced prosciutto, tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle Organic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, salt and pepper.

Step 3
Finish with fresh basil leaves.
