Basil Pesto Bruschetta
1 French baguette
ENZO Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz. ENZO'S TABLE Basil Pesto
1 Cup Cherry tomatoes
1 Shallot, thinly sliced
Fresh basil, to taste
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut ¾" slices of the baguette and place on a baking sheet in a single layer. Brush each piece with extra Virgin Olive Oil and toast for 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
Spread a generous layer of ENZO’S TABLE Basil Pesto on each slice of toasted baguette.
Top with tomatoes, shallots, and fresh basil. Drizzle ENZO Olive Oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
