Classic Italian Pizzelles
½ Cup butter, softened
1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
¾ Cups granulated sugar
1½ Tsp. baking powder
1½ Cups all-purpose flour

Preheat waffle iron. In a medium bowl, beat eggs well.
Mix softened butter, vanilla and sugar into eggs until well combined and creamy.
In a seperate bowl, add baking powder and flour. Beat flour mixture into egg mixture.
Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter for each cookie onto waffle iron. Bake cookie for about 5 minutes or according to manufacturers instructions.
