Fresno Chili Sandwich
1 Tbsp. Fresno Chili Oil
2 Slices of bread, toasted
1 Large egg
2 Tbsp. ENZO'S TABLE Fresno Chili Jam
3 Slices of prosciutto
½ Avocado, sliced
½ Cup arugula, washed and dried
Salt and pepper, to taste
Heat Fresno Chili Oil on skillet over medium heat. While oil is heating toast bread slices.
Crack egg in oil carefully to not break the yolk. Once the bread is toasted, spread with Fresno Chili Jam on one slice and layer avocado, prosciutto and arugula.
Once egg whites are cooked through and yolk is still runny, season with salt and pepper and place on sandwich. Top with second slice of toast and enjoy!
