Pesto Grilled Cheese
1 baguette roll
2 Slices fontina cheese
1 tablespoon Enzo's Table Artichoke Lemon Pesto
1 Tablespoon Enzo's Table Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
1. In a cast iron skillet or panini press, place baguette with one pesto on each side of the baguette. Place sliced fontina cheese in the middle and close sandwich.
2. Toast on medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side. Remove sandwich from skillet and slice.
