Ingredients
1 Baguette roll
2 Slices fontina cheese
1 Tbsp. ENZO’S TABLE Artichoke Lemon Pesto
1 Tbsp. ENZO’S TABLE Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
Directions
Step 1
In a cast iron skillet or panini press, place baguette with one pesto on each side of the baguette. Place sliced fontina cheese in the middle and close sandwich.
Step 2
Toast on medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side. Remove sandwich from skillet and slice.
