Refund Policy

Enzo’s Table has a seven (7) day return policy, which means you have seven (7) days after purchasing (instore) or receiving your item (through online purchase) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was purchased and/or received. The item must be unopened, unexpired, unused, unworn and be in the original packaging. Additionally, you must provide Enzo’s Table with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To commence the return process, you can contact us at info@enzostable.com or (888) 942-3552. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how/where to send your returned item. Items sent to Enzo’s Table without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take several days for your bank and/or credit card company to process and post the refunded amount.

We ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or is the wrong item. We will do our best to promptly evaluate the issue and ensure you are provided with a proper solution.
